What happens if I cancel or return my order?
As soon as we accept your cancellation or return, Klarna will refund any amount due and cancel future scheduled payments.
Can I pay before the due date?
No, this is not currently an option for Pay in 3 purchases.
Why is Klarna not an approved for my order?
The Klarna payment option is dependent upon a number of factors including your address details, cardholder details, amount of order, previous order history, and item availability. Klarna are working on improving availability, in the meantime, to increase your chances of being offered Klarna:
- Ensure your name and billing address are correct
- Use your billing address as your delivery address
- Attempt to order with a lower basket value, if possible
- Wait 48 hours between purchases where you have used Klarna
Can I use Klarna during sales and with offer codes?
Yes! Klarna is the payment method for your order and can be used to pay for sale items and during offers.
